Albalo was founded in the autumn of 2021 by two sisters who are as different as can be but who are still always by each other's side. Albalo represents just that; a strong bond and a sense of belonging in life that can only be achieved when there is space for everyone to be exactly who they want and need to be. We believe that everyone, children and adults, have the chance to experience a sense of belonging when we are free to live out the uniqueness of ourselves in community with others. We are delighted to know that children all over Europe wear our carefully crafted garments when they discover life and all of its big and small moments. Our garments have been designed with a single focus; that the children who wear the garments should be able to be themselves and play freely and comfortably in the different environments in which they find themselves. All children deserve a cuddly, playful and educational existence and we hope that our garments will contribute in creating that life for as many children as possible.

Our vision is infinitely great, but we work on a small scale and with a strong focus on sustainability and quality. Albalo is launched on the last day of January 2022 and will grow at its own pace, just as every single child does. Until then we hold onto the knowledge that all that is required for a child to be ready for all the magic that a new day can bring is a comfortable Albalo set and a warm and safe surrounding full of playful new experiences. We hope that Albalo will be part of the journey!

Maryam, CEO and founder, has a long background in the fashion industry as a writer and fashion stylist for international fashion magazines such as Vogue Italia. She has worked with and for several great designers not only as a writer and stylist, but also in recent years as a model. Together with her big sister, she has created the children's clothing brand that she herself thought was missing. A brand that manufactures quality garments that are designed based on a stylish vision - but that do not stand in the way of letting children be children.
