Returns
For orders within the EU:
If you are not satisfied with your order or if you want to order another size, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day the order was delivered to you. If you want to exercise this right, you must email info@albalo.se within these 14 days to receive a return slip which you print out and frank your return with. The return will be approved provided that the garments are returned in original condition and that all labels and tags remain on all returned garments. The buyer is responsible for the product and its condition until the product is returned to our warehouse. If the returned product is damaged, dirty, washed or worn, the return will not be accepted. A return that is not approved will not be refunded. Please be aware that the customer is obliged to unpack and examine the products delivered within 7 days from the delivery of the package. If a product is damaged, broken, dirty or otherwise faulty when you receive it, a complaint must be made via e-mail to info@albalo.se (see more information below under “Claims”).

A product that is returned without a return slip will not be identifiable and will therefore not be refunded.

Note that returns can only be made of whole sets, not of only parts of sets.

Please note that for all returns that are not due to a claim (see below), a return fee of 49 SEK will be deducted from the value of the refund for orders within Sweden. For orders within Denmark the return fee is 90 DKK. For orders within the rest of the EU+ Norway, the return fee is 12 EUR. 

Exchanges
No direct exchanges are possible. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the items as per the instructions above (see under Returns) and place a new order. If you have any questions or need help with your new order, you are welcome to contact us per e-mail: info@albalo.se

Claims
The customer/buyer is obliged to unpack and examine the garments delivered within 7 days from the delivery of the products. An item that is delivered to you with existing defects is considered a faulty item.

If the item is proven damaged and/or defect when delivered to you, Albalo will first seek to repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced by Albalo, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact Albalo by e-mail as soon as possible if any existing defects are discovered on the products. We will ask you to attach pictures detailing the damage and/or defects before approving the claim and sending you a return slip.

Please be aware that it is the buyer/customer who is responsible for returning the garments back to us in desired condition. Please note that a product that has been damaged due to wear and tear will not be considered a defect that will warrant a replacement or refund. Only pre-existing defects in the product will result in the product being replaced or refunded.
